Glam Girl Vault has partnered with USPS for the shipment of your purchase(s).  All items are shipped Priority Mail, with time frame depending on your delivery location. 
Flat Rate Shipping: $6 or $8 depending on your shipping selection. 

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.  This excludes weekends and holidays as well as wholesale orders which can take 7-14 days to process as these are handmade and freestyler).
Please allow 7-10 business days for complete turnaround of your purchase(s). 

“Turnaround" - date of order to date of delivery. Please allow 7-10 business days for this.
Please expect a notification via text/email (depending on what information was submitted during checkout) when your order has been processed.  Once processed, you will soon receive another notification with tracking information. 

PLEASE NOTE: Please check your address before hitting the checkout button. Address issues will be the responsibility of the customer if package is returned there will be a re-shipping fee that will be required in order to ship the item again. 
PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 48 HOURS FOR USPS TO UPDATE YOUR TRACKING INFORMATION ONCE YOUR PACKAGE IS RECEIVED AT THEIR FACILITY.
Returned Package(s):  Glam Girl Vault LLC is NOT responsible for LOST RETURNED packages. Once package is returned to us and in our possession if you would still like the items you as the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipment. You will be notified when the item been shipped back along with a tracking number to you. 
Lost/Stolen Packages: Glam Girl Vault LLC is NOT responsible for LOST or STOLEN packages.  Please contact your local USPS for lost or stolen items. Once packages have been given to USPS and is with the shipping carrier Glam Girl Vault LLC no longer responsible.
